Shaft-less screw conveyor

(1) Working principle

The main working principle of shaveless screw conveyor is that when the sludge is input from the feed port, the grid slag is pushed along by the spiral blade, and sent to the discharge port along the u-shaped conveying groove, and then treated separately.

(2) Structural characteristics

Shaft-free screw conveyor is mainly composed of screw body, driving device, u-shaped conveying groove, wear-resisting lining, bearing box body, cover plate, inlet and outlet, bracket and other parts.

1. Helix

It is made of stainless steel with advanced special process, with sufficient strength and stiffness, cutting around, suitable for conveying sludge and materials with sticky or long fiber, can avoid the accumulation and winding of such materials.

2. Bearing housing

It is made of 30# steel casting, through tempering treatment, and then the overall processing, strict control of the size and concentricity of the requirements. There are two sets of directional ball bearings and one-way thrust ball bearings. According to the direction of transmission, the installation positions of the axial mandels and thrust bearings are determined to ensure the concentricity and no string phenomenon of the screw when working, and a pressurized oil nozzle is set.

3. Driving

The driving device is placed on the upper part of the screw conveyor and is directly connected with the screw blade without coupling. It has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, low noise, service life, stable and reliable operation, etc. It is suitable for outdoor used.

The motor reducer adopts SEW product, suitable for power supply 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, protection grade IP55, insulation grade F, equipped with overload protection and no leakage in the seal of all bonding surfaces.

4. Conveying groove and wear - resistant ring

The conveying groove is made of 304 stainless steel plate rolled and folded, the section is u-shaped, with enough strength and rigidity, the bottom of the conveying groove is set with a semi-circular wear-resisting lining ring, made of nylon with high wear-resisting performance, the lining ring is matched with the spiral radius, in order to reduce excessive clearance, improve the conveying effect; The fastening of the wear-resistant liner is made of screw platen for future maintenance and replacement.

5. Cover plate and drain hole

The conveyor is made of 304 stainless steel plate, which is mainly used to avoid the overflow and discharge of mud cake during transportation, and to reduce the volatilization of smell and odor, so as to protect the surrounding environment.

6. Inlet and outlet of the hopper

The hopper is made of 304 stainless steel steel plate by analysis. The upper part of the conveyor is provided with an inlet. The installation position and size match the position and size of the outlet of the belt sludge dehydrator. The end of the conveyor is provided with an outlet for discharging mud of the conveyor.

7. Support

Conveyor bracket adopts stainless steel 304 welded into a rigid component, the connection between its internal support adopts continuous welding, the height of the bracket can be appropriately adjusted.
