1. Use press cloth properly. At the end of each part, clean the press cloth so that there is no residue on the cloth surface. Press cloth is hardened and softened. If damaged, repair or replace it in time.

2. Pay attention to the sealing surface of the filter plate, do not collide, and stand upright when placed to reduce deformation.

3. The fuel tank is usually cleaned every six months to replace the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank. When the liquid level is below the lower limit, oil should be replenished.

4. The temperature of the liquid to be filtered shall be ≦100°C. The mixture should not be mixed with debris and hard material to block the feed inlet and damage the press cloth.

5. Valves such as feed liquid and washing water should be opened and closed according to the operating procedures. Feed liquid and washing water shall not enter at the same time. After the work, the remaining liquid in the road should be placed as far as possible.

6. Keep machines clean, workplace clean and roads clear. Don't step on pipes and valves to avoid bending and make excuses for dripping water.
