1) Flocculant dosing and configuration system

(1) System principle

The device can be used for polymer flocculant powder (polyacrylamide (PAM), cationic type, the molecular weight is generally more than 6-8 million, its advantages are: small amount, fast reaction speed, good flocculation effect), after stirring and dilution, quantitative mixing with sludge. The diluted solution concentration is 3-5‰. The automatic operation of the device fully meets the requirements of sludge concentration and dehydration process.

(3) System composition

The system includes conveyor, hopper, flocculant preparation mechanism, dosing pump, on-line diluent mechanism, solenoid valve, regulating valve, flow meter and other corresponding pipelines, pipeline accessories and control cabinet. The control cabinet can be controlled either by manual button or by linkage with the control cabinet of the sludge dehydrator system. The device has the ability to mix powder flocculant and liquid flocculant to 3-0.5‰ solution concentration, its preparation capacity is 1.2m3/h, the device material is 304 stainless steel.

Flocculant feeding device is three-tank type, prefabricated mixing tank (preparation of agents. Collect quantitative tap water and polymer flocculant dry powder), evenly adjust the curing tank (ensure a certain time for the polymer flocculant solution to mature, equipped with 48V, 50Hz solenoid valve, 1 ~ 5000l/h flow meter) and solution storage tank (for the storage of pharmaceutical solution). The three tanks are separated to ensure the optimal reaction time and constant concentration in each solution tank, avoiding any direct path between the prefabricated mixing tank and solution storage tank. A motor driven agitator (propeller 2 blades, diameter 750mm, stainless steel 304L material, power 0.75kw, speed 116r/min) is installed on the prefabricated mixing tank and the mixing and curing tank to dissolve and mature the dry powder agent, and also equipped with a vent valve. The storage tank is equipped with level switch and drain globe valve. The system is automatically controlled by the control box, which is connected with the level gauge installed on the storage tank. Once the level gauge reaches the low level, the inlet valve will be triggered to open, and the conveyor will be opened to deliver the dry powder. The dilution device is composed of a flowmeter, a static mixer, a valve and a pipeline, etc. The dosing pump is used to transport the prepared solution.

The conveyor device is installed on the top of the hopper, equipped with 3 meters of hose and suction nozzle, the suction capacity is 10~15kg/min powder. The device is closely matched with the feed port, so it is clean and dust-free during the operation of the equipment.

Dosing pump adopts single screw pump with adjustable speed. Under normal operation and maintenance management, the accumulative trouble-free operation time of the pump is more than 20000 hours.

The rotating shaft is firmly combined with rubber and shell, and its working face has no defects such as joints, marks, pores and cracks.

When the pump delivers clean water of 20°C or similar liquid under specified working conditions, the stator life is not less than 4000 hours. The stator termination life is determined by the reduction of the volume efficiency by 15% in no-load condition.

Pump shaft adopts mechanical seal. The leakage value of sealing surface shall be less than 0.2ml/min.

When the pump works under rated working condition, the effective value of vibration speed shall not exceed 7.1mm/s.

No load capacity efficiency of dosing pump is less than 96%.

The motor has overcurrent protection.
