Thickening Zone

The concentration section is composed of feeding device, tensioning device, distributing device, chassis, rectifying device, detection and protection device, washing device, transmission device, unloading device, etc.

 

(1) Feeding device

A static mixer is installed in front of the feed unit to ensure adequate mixing of sludge and flocculant. The feeding device is equipped with a guide plate. The material flows along the guide plate in a "U" shape and overflows into the cabinet.

 

(2) Tensioning device

It is mainly composed of tensioning roller, aligning bearing with sliding block and spring. The bearings at both ends of the tensioning shaft can be moved along the guide block. Under the action of the spring, the tensioning force of the filter belt can be adjusted by the compression amount of the compression spring.

 

(3) Cloth device

The distributing device is mainly composed of a feeding board and a supporting rod. The material can be activated by the material board to avoid a small puddle in the filter belt. It has the function of separating and collecting materials and improves the drainage effect. The material of the charging plate is flexible wear-resisting material, and the sealing rubber plate is installed along the bottom edge of the baffle groove.

 

(4) Chassis

The chassis is mainly used to support, install other parts and collect filtrate. It is made of stainless steel cold welding. The cabinet is fully enclosed, with drainage hole at the bottom and peephole in the middle for maintenance. It is designed to withstand all dynamic and static loads without deflection and has sufficient stiffness to avoid vibration during operation.

 

(5) Rectifying device

Adopt pneumatic automatic rectifying, mainly by rectifying roller, cylinder, induction arm and other components. When the filter belt deviates, the induction rod moves under the action of the filter belt. When the induction lever pushes the mechanical button valve, the mechanical button valve controls the air control valve to change direction, the rectifying cylinder moves, drives the rectifying roller to turn, and moves backward to another limit, thus driving the filter belt to move slowly to the other end. The induction rod on the other side moves under the action of the filter belt, pushes the mechanical button valve, controls the air control valve to change direction, rectifies the movement of the cylinder, drives the rectifying roll to rotate and the filter belt moves back slowly. The dynamic balance of the filter belt is realized in a certain range on both sides of the center, and the function of automatic deviation correction is achieved. The sensor of filter belt position adopts famous brand products, and the cylinder adopts famous brand products.

 

(6) Detection and protection device

In case the rectifying device fails, when the one-way deviation of the filter belt reaches 40mm, the filter belt approaches and triggers the limit switch to send a message, and the system will give an alarm and stop automatically. The limit switch can also measure the fracture of the filter belt. When the filter belt breaks, the equipment stops immediately.

 

(7) Washing device

The washing device is composed of water inlet pipe and nozzle. The washing water enters from the inlet pipe and spits out fan-shaped water to wash effectively within the width of the press cloth to regenerate the press cloth. The washing device has good tightness and has measures to prevent splashing of washing water.

 

(8) Drive device

The driving device is composed of reducer, transmission shaft and so on, with overload and overheating protection function. The reducer adopts shaft-mounted mechanical stepless variable speed machine, without transmission errors such as coupling, gear pair or chain pair, and has compact structure. The motor is squirrel-cage asynchronous motor. The shaft is coated with bread rubber to increase friction. Through stepless speed regulation, the upper and lower filter belt can obtain a stable and adjustable output speed of 4 ~ 22m/min, which can meet the working requirements of 24-hour continuous operation. The system indication is consistent with the actual mechanical speed. The output speed is adjustable, all moving parts run smoothly without abnormal phenomenon, and the noise is no more than 80Db(A). Protection grade IP54, insulation grade F, temperature rise grade B. The power supply is suitable for 3P/380V/50Hz.

 

(9) Discharging device

The unloading device is composed of unloading plate, support, tension spring and other parts, which can effectively scrape off part of the material stuck to the press cloth. The extent of attachment between the discharge plate and the press cloth can be adjusted by the amount of tension of the spring.
