 Sludge treatment module

1. Impact sludge concentration uniformity module

According to the actual situation of sewage to be treated, the sludge concentration stored in the sludge is not uniform. If the vacuum suction device is directly used to extract the sludge, it will cause the phenomenon of non-uniform sludge in different extraction periods, which will bring trouble to subsequent treatment steps. The design of this module fundamentally solves the above problems. High pressure pipeline impact causes the sludge to be affected by the external impact force to form eddies, making the sludge concentration of different concentrations relatively uniform.

 

2. Vacuum sludge lifting module

With the use of vacuum pump, the sludge of uniform concentration has been extracted to the car efficiently, ready for the next step.

 

3. Sludge coarse phase filtration module

The vacuum-pumped sludge may have a lot of garbage, complex components, large particles or lumps, and there will be hard or soft. These impurities will be difficult to dispose of completely even through the cutting pump. If the pipeline is blocked, The entire solid-liquid separation truck cannot work. After several field investigations, we designed a double-layer coarse-phase filtration system with an automatic closing device. It can intercept and filter large bricks, plastic bags, and other debris. When the net extraction of sludge is stopped, the material is automatically discharged without affecting the next sludge extraction.

 

4. Sludge buffer storage module

The temporary sludge storage unit at the top of the compartment can lift 3-5 cubic meters of sludge through the coarse filtration system to this unit at one time, so as to prepare for the next secondary fine filtration link. The design at the top of the compartment can greatly save the space occupied by storage tanks in the compartment.



5. Sludge secondary fine filtration module

After the sludge lifted, after coarse filtering, a large amount of small particles such as sand and gravel are still mixed in the sludge. If it is not treated, it will bring a lot of passiveness to the solid-liquid separation process. This problem can be solved in this module. The equipment is mainly a high-frequency vibration filtering device that can sort out particles larger than the screen gap.

6. Mud collection module

After the coarse phase filtration and the secondary fine filtration, the sludge will automatically enter the sludge collection equalization unit, which is a secondary storage unit and automatically controls the vacuum sludge lifting module to provide continuous and even concentration of mixed sludge for the solid-liquid separation unit module.

 

 

7. PAM flocculation module

A very important auxiliary unit for the entire process and equipment, equipped with a fully automatic PAM preparation system. After the sludge is lifted from the pipe network to the vehicle, it cannot be directly entered into the solid-liquid separation equipment for processing. It must pass through the unit's proportionally prepared flocculent liquid and be quantitatively transferred to the solid-liquid separation unit to achieve the necessary conditions before solid-liquid separation .

 

8. PAM and sludge conveying module

High quality PAM output metering pump can adjust the output flow so that the sludge with concentration change can be fully flocculated. The sludge of the sludge equal-placement module must be transferred to the solid-liquid separation unit through the inverter sludge screw pump.

 

9. High efficiency solid-liquid separation module

The core equipment of the whole set of equipment is equipped with high standard stacked screw sludge dehydrator from type 30, type 35 to type 40, each model can be equipped with 2 or 3 groups.

 

10. Automatic control module

Based on the above modules, NORSEN adopts a stable and reliable PLC system and a reasonable logic relationship to realize full automatic control of the whole system. The one-click operation mode is easy to operate and can save the workload of operators.
