1. Frame

The frame is the basic part of the frame, and the two ends are the thrust plate and the compression head. The two sides are connected by the beam, and the beam is used to support the filter plate, the filter frame and the compression plate.

A. Thrust plate: it is connected with the support, and one end of the plate frame is located on the foundation. In the middle of the wing type thrust plate is the feed hole, and there are four holes in the four corners

B. Pressing plate: it is used to press the filter frame of the filter plate and rollers on both sides are used to support the rolling of the pressing plate on the track of the girder.

C. Girder: it is a load-bearing member, and can be coated with rigid polypropylene, polypropylene, stainless steel or new anti-corrosion coating according to the requirements of anti-corrosion in the use environment.

 

2. The compression mechanism

Pressure mechanism is divided into: manual pressure, mechanical pressure, hydraulic pressure.

A. Manual compaction: press the filter plate with a screw-type mechanical jack.

B. Mechanical compaction: the compaction mechanism is composed of motor equipped with advanced overload protection reducer, gear foot, lead screw and fixing nut. When pressing, the motor is turning, drive reducer, gear to pay, make the screw rod in the fixed screw mother rotation, push the pressing plate will press the filter plate, the filter frame. When the compression force is increasing, the load current of the motor increases. When it reaches the current value set by the protector, the motor reaches the large compression force. The motor cuts off the power supply and stops rotating. The motor reverses, when the pressing block on the pressing plate touches the travel switch, it returns and stops.

 

3. Filtration mechanism

The filter is composed of a filter plate, a filter frame, a press cloth and a press diaphragm. Both sides of the press plate are covered with a press cloth. When a press diaphragm is needed, a group of press plates is composed of a diaphragm plate and a side plate. The substrate of the diaphragm plate is covered with a rubber diaphragm on both sides, and the outer membrane is covered with a press cloth. The material enters each filter chamber through the feed hole on the thrust plate. The solid particles are trapped in the filter chamber due to the size larger than that of the filter medium (filter cloth), and the filtrate flows out from the outlet hole under the filter plate. When the filter cake needs to be pressed dry, in addition to the diaphragm press, but also can be compressed air or steam, through the washing mouth, air flow to wash the water in the filter cake, in order to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake.
