Characteristic

(4) The sludge age of biological ceramsite filter is long, the sludge yield is less than other biological contact oxidation process, and the sludge moisture content is low, sedimentation performance is good;

(5) The biological ceramsite filter has the function of filtering in the process of biological flocculation and degradation, thereby reducing the oxidation process and having a better effect;

(6) Biological ceramsite filter has a high biological activity, because of the stratified distribution of the packed bed according to the direction of the water flow, therefore, the operation stability is good and low temperature and impact load resistance.

(7) Low cost of biological aeration filter, low cost of biological aeration filter, and its use of oxidation decomposition technology, can omit the secondary sedimentation process, save construction costs.

(8) The concentration of microorganisms is higher, the filter material of the aeration biological filter is the filler of particle shape, which provides a good environment for the survival and growth of microorganisms, improve the concentration of microorganisms, conducive to the normal and stable operation of the processor and hanging film.
