Operating principle :

1. Concentration: when the helical driving shaft rotates, the multiple solid active lamination located at the periphery of the driving shaft moves relative to each other. Under the action of gravity, water filters out from the relatively moving lamination gap to achieve rapid concentration.

2. Dehydration: the concentrated sludge moves forward with the rotation of the spiral axis; Along the direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the spiral axis gradually decreases, the clearance between the rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity continues to shrink. Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure is gradually increased. Under the continuous operation of the screw shaft, the water in the sludge is extruded and discharged, and the filter cake content is continuously increased, finally realizing the continuous dehydration of the sludge.

3. Self-cleaning: the rotation of the spiral axis drives the swimming ring to continuously rotate. The equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the swimming ring to realize the continuous self-cleaning process, thus skillfully avoiding the common blockage problem of the traditional dehydrator.

Structure principle :

The main body of the dehydrator is a filter device formed by the overlapping of the stationary ring and the floating ring with the spiral axis running through it. The front section is the concentration section and the rear section is the dehydration section.

The filter seam formed between the stationary ring and the floating ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreased from the concentration part to the dehydration part.

The rotation of the screw shaft not only pushes the sludge from the concentration part to the dewatering part, but also continuously drives the floating ring to clean the filter joints to prevent blockage.

Principle of dehydration :

Sludge in the concentration after gravity concentration, is transported to the dehydration department, in the process of progress with the filter joint and pitch gradually smaller, as well as the back pressure plate block, produce a great internal pressure, volume is shrinking, to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
