1. When the rotary drum screen is used, first of all, the reducer must be filled with mechanical oil to the 50% of oil standard;

2. Switch on the power supply, click the button, and observe whether the rotation direction of the screw is correct. The rotation direction of the screw is always turning in the direction of the material outlet;

3. The operator must pay attention to the hard and sundry materials after the rotary drum screen is started. Once the rotary drum screen is found to be abnormal, it should stop the machine immediately and then resume operation;

4. The main power supply of the rotary drum screen must be cut off and locked and the rotary drum screen cannot be started before any maintenance work can begin;

5. Do not touch the protective screen when the rotary drum screen is in working condition;

6. If the rotary drum screen works more than a 24-hour, an operator must be present when the work resumes.
