Rotary Drum Screen——Performance

1. The Rotary Drum Screen can put sewage into the drum from the end of the drum, and then flow out through the screen slit on the side of the drum. The screen will keep suspended and floating objects in the water in the drum. When the drum rotates, the screen slag will be removed and squeezed dry and dehydrated through the spiral output operation;

2. Under normal conditions, the screen is fully automatic and can be operated intermittently, but it can be operated automatically and continuously for 24 hours when there is a large amount of water and dirt. Screens are provided in the sewage inlet channel to collect and remove particles and flotsam and discharge the dirt to the screw conveyor for removal. The moisture content of gate slag is 65%;

3. When the screen is running, the self-cleaning rotating drum runs in a circle to effectively trap the screen slag in the sewage. A high-pressure washing device at the upper part of the drum is installed to spray the screen slag strongly, and the filtrate is sprayed into a spiral transfer device located in the center of the screen to be transferred. Out of the screen cylinder, the screen slag is further dehydrated at the same time as it is transported to the exit of the screen. The screen slag transfer and pressing are completed in a fully sealed state, which effectively reduces the odor and meets the requirements of the environment;

4. The design strength of the screen can withstand the water level difference greater than 1.0m, especially in the case of emergency to ensure the screen does not deform, to ensure the performance of the screen.
